At BulbAmerica, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your lighting purchase; if you are not completely happy, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack the bulbs or fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a traceable shipping method like UPS or FedEx to ensure your return is documented and protected.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
